Statement
A total of 160 fish samples obtained from several Ifremer fish surveys, or costal sampling were sequenced (2x150 paired-end, 20X) on a single Illumina NovaSaq6000 Flow Cell S4. The objectives are to estimate the intraspecific genetic diversity of those species and determine the main functional traits influencing this diversity.
