Data source not publicly available, but on request to the author of the scientific publication. The data is free (no charge) and relatively easy to understand).

It meets the requirements of the targeted product except for the fact that the satellite altimetry data is accessible as coarse resolution gridded data and therefore had to be extrapolated to assign a value to each stretch of coast, therefore losing some accuracy.

Moreover, the reconstructed sea level only reaches 65 degrees north and therefore some coast to the north is not filled.
