16S rRNA amplicon metabarcoding from in-situ samples of the GHASS2 cruise (Romanian sector of the Black Sea, september 2021). Samples originate from marine sediment core samples (gravity and CALYPSO coring), submarine samples from microbial mats (Nautile blade cores) and microbial reefs (Nautile dives) and filters with contents from watercolomn samples (CTD).
