2000-2015 Arabian sea AMEDA eddy detections from 1/8 AVISO altimetry + Colocalized in situ profiles + eddy SST anomalies

Eddy detections, colocated in situ vertical profiles and associated SST anomalies in the Arabian Sea from 2000 to 2015

- dyned file : Mesoscale eddy detection from 2000 to 2015 in the Arabian Sea, using AMEDA applied on 1/8° AVISO altimetry (cf de Marez et al 2019 https://doi.org/10.1016/j.dsr.2019.06.003  for more details)

- DYCOMED_ARA_v1 file :  in situ profiles profiles retrieved from Coriolis Ocean Dataset for Reanalysis (CORA), from XBT, CTD and Argo profiling floats dataset, accounting 44410 profiles in total. Raw profiles are interpolated on a common vertical grid, with 5m grid step until 900m, then 10m grid step until 2000m. eddy-profiles collocation, at +/- 2 days as in Barboni et al (2023, https://doi.org/10.5194/os-19-229-2023 )

- dSST_L3 and _L4 files : eddy Sea surface temperature (SST) anomalies computed for both ODYSSEA (L3) and OSTIA (L4) SST products, using Moschos et al (2022, https://doi.org/10.3390/rs14153807 ) method.
