Occurrence and functional data from the EMO BON observatories from June to December 2021
Sediment and water samples collected in the first EMO BON sampling campaigns were subjected to shotgun metagenomics sequencing. Sequence data were analyzed with metaGOflow. This dataset compiles occurrences (species tables) and potential functions (KEGG Orthology and GOslim annotations) from the first two sequencing batches of EMO BON, corresponding to samples collected from June to December 2021.
