The present study proposes to understand the effect of the wind farm implementation by linear inverse modelling in Monte Carlo and Markov chains, which allows to take into account the uncertainty of the initial parameters in order to carry out statistical analyses around the potential changes in the structure and functioning of the ecosystem. The integration of isotopic analyses in the determination of the diets of the species of the ecosystem model is also studied
