The data include the entire recording of the CTD's while they were on board (typical depth recording -2.7m and temperatures of about 32°C) and when it went down, and went it came back up. The first four CTD's (max depth 35m) are on one .csv file, and CTD5 (the deepest at 97m) is on a separate .csv file.

CTD (Conductivity-Temperature-Depth) profiles acquired on 30 Nov. 2024 (locations shown by yellow diamonds in Fig. a). Temperature versus depth shown here. Profiles 1 - 4 were acquired on the shallow shelf (maximum water depth 40 m) and profile 5 was acquired in deep waters (500 m depth). The Star-ODDI CTD probe used is rated to a maximum of 100 m depth, so the CTD profile could not be measured to greater depths.
